I changed the nozzel and this fixed the problem for a week but now it is back again does anybody have any ideas?

Although I have not got oil fired central heating I have worked on many oil fired things I would look at the photo cell and see if it is clean. If the flame is the wrong colour it can also cause a problem so if the air valve has been altered this can change flame colour. The photo cells do go wrong and may need changing the same with the black box with red reset button although with them I have had a lot of problems where original no longer made and replacement slightly different if there is a part number change always keep the old one.
