my first post here
one light on the lighting circuit upstairs dose not work, i have changed bulbs and checkind for any loose wires, the ceiling rose was new 1year ago, could this be problem?

See the electrical projects to get an idea of how the lighting system works Billy, it will make tracing faults a lot easier.
