P-SEAL

I received a new kitchen which i am fitting myself and amongst all the bits i received i got 5 lengths of P-SEAL, i cannot figure out what it is used for or where it is fitted.
I hope someone can enlighten me

Why not ring the people you bought it from and ask them?
