I hope I am positing this in the right section.
I am planning to do a single storey 6m rear extension.
Both of my neighbours currently have 3m single storey extensions and they have built right up to the line of junction.
I would like to do a dual pitched (gable) roof. The architect has drawn my plans with parapet walls. However, I am considering the long term implications of the box gutters as I do not want to leave a gap between the extensions
Will box gutters give me problems in the long run or am I better off sticking to a full flat roof or half flat and have mono pitched roof in this case.
