Hi Sparx,

I can totally understand your frustration with all the red-tape and extra costs.

It really is inverse thinking. The powers that be say the want safer wiring. The way to do that is to encourage people to use professionals rather than their mates from the pub or DIY. Yet they load up the pros with meaningless regulations/ training courses and lots of extra costs which they have to pass on to customers. This makes it less likely that people will use them not more.

The only people to gain are the ones selling the courses.
