Hi can anyone offer any advice from past experience about issues, problems etc surronding the party wall agreement and how they overcame problems?....my main question is. Is it possible to take out your own insurances on excavating near exisiting nieghbours foundations ( just incase ther house falls down ) or is this something the main contractor should supply. Im thinking about subbing a lot of work out to my new extension, so would like to make sure im properly covered just incase my extention plans effects there house.....any advice or comments is appreciated. thanks Dave.
