I would like to see if anyone has any views or experiences with extensions/conservatories etc which are 3 metres from the rear of the property if there is any tolerances.
I am looking at building an extension on a semi detached property. Currently my plans are for a 3x6 metre extension give or take. If for example the extension ends up 10 or 20 cm over the 3 metre mark, I.e 3.2metres etc, how will this be viewed by building regs?
Has anyone been in a situation where the building was just slightly over the designated PD mark?
