hi all
new to this forum need some gauidence
have an old cottage standing in an acre of land in the country side
the residence has been taken of the cottage because no one has lived there for a least 40 yrs
there are no services to the cottage as yet
the walls are solid and the roof is good order
windows are all in also doors but thet could do with renewing
what I would like to know is
should I put the services in befor I try with the planning
and would I get the residence back on the cottage is this an easy task
any answers please god or bad
