Plaster an outside wall

Hi Guys,
I am quite confident at plastering but don't know all the answers,so could someone please advise me with this. I have been asked to plaster skim ,an outside toilet,1 of the walls is external,is there anything that i need to do in regards of damp on the external wall. Any help appericiated

remelad,
If its an outside toilet the chances are that the external wall will be single skin. The wall will always be damp and the chances of plaster remaining stuck to the wall are remote. Concrete rendering may be successful.
