pressure loss

i have a halstead quattro combi boiler in the loft that keeps loosing pressure but every time i re pressurize the system water comes out of the overflow pipe outside can anyone advise please

It could be and sounds like a fault with the pressure relief valve,

What have you been taking the pressure to ?

the Presssure relief valve will normally open between 3.0 and 4.0 bar. If it's leaking outside - at 1.0 - 1.5 bar then replace the PRV and all should work fine.
