Pressurised Systems

by Jon9 » Tue Jan 12, 2010 9:07 pm

A friend has a three story house and a pressurised system. He wants a shower put over his bath? Would it be a matter of tapping into the hot/cold pipes going into his bath? Cheers

Yes. Installation could be done using the hot and cold bath supplies as long as they are at mains pressure. It would also be a good idea to use a good quality thermostatic mixer shower because the extra height of the third story may make the flow rates fluctuate more than perhaps would be expected.
