We had a massive overhaul of heating/hw last December and changed from very poor gravity fed to pumped and unvented. New motorised valve and timers etc. Over the summer, we had a few hot rads when hw only on but now that ch also on, we get very little hot water. I cannot get in touch with the original heating man ( feel as though our messages are being ignored :x ) and it is frustrating as the motorised valve is still under warranty.
Is my diagnosis correct that there is a problem with the motorised valve....and if so is it usually a big job to correct.
