PT2, was I beleive a Potterton/Myson control ie Potterton Thermostat 2 which they badged up for British Gas. Potterton was sold off to Baxi and Myson including the controls devision was sold to Purmo(Rettig) radiators, after a fire in their controls factory in Ireland, Myson decided not to reopen this area of their business and now buy controls from Drayton which are badged as Myson. So no factory, no company and unlikely to get a reply from BG. If you can't figure it out I would suggest a new one, such as the Drayton Digistat+ 2 or 3, The Danfoss TP5000 or a Honeywell CM200.
