The unit is Hafele 300mm wide pull-out larder from Benchmarx. Has been ok for many years but pulled out yesterday and the unit is no longer secure. See photo.

Has anyone managed to fix this or is it a car of buying a new mechanism?

If the base guide rail is firmly attached to the floor of the unit and all screws are tight, then probably, yes a new unit is required.
