PUMA COMBI - Can get C/H Though Cannot run a Hot Bath HELP!!

by nashy » Mon Nov 03, 2008 12:22 pm

Hi Guys

I have a PUMA COMBI boiler - and it kinda works fine
though one thing i cannot get is a constant flow of hot water for a bath for example

Heating works fine - I think one radiator in the spare room doesn't give out much heat - could this affect the hot water???

Should i have my thermostat set to a certain number

Sorry I'm a dizzy moo, but any help would be awesom

Can you be more precise with the problem.

You get warm water ? cold water ? water keeps going hot and cold ?

Try closing the tap slightly to reduce the flow rate through the boiler, doe the water get and stay hot ?

Hi

Thanks so much for coming back to me

Now i have enough hot water to do the washing up

But i'll go upstairs start running the bath - gets hot Happy Days!!!

I'll pop back in after 5 mins and it's run cold

So gets hot but for a very short time then goes cold, but the central heating works fine -

And pockets are quite skinny so hoped i could avoid Plumber Boy

Thanks

Tammy
