Radiator bleed nipples rounded off

I have 3 radiators which have rounded off bleed nipples, i have tried pliers but cannot get enough grip on them... please help

Depends on the type of radiator.

If it is one of the cheap ones where you cant remove the whole bleed assembly you are stuck.

You can try a self tapping screw with ptfe tape as a temporary measure but it is certainly not guaranteed to not leak and the radiator will need replacing.

If you have a better radiator where you can replace the assembly, then the solution is easy - replace it!

Other than this there really are no other options...... although you could try filing a slot in the rounded off nipple so you can fit a flathead screw driver blade in it instead.

I ended up replacing the rad!!

if u drain the system sumhow then get mayb a set of electrician plier that mayb small enuf for the space. Merchants may sell back up bleeder nipples if u need replacements.
