Radiator - cold bottom hot top

by Tricia » Tue Nov 11, 2008 2:26 pm

Hi - my living room radiator is hot at the top and cold at the bottom so I'm not getting a very effective heat to my room. Can you suggest anything that would improve this. The system is about 18 years old and runs from it's own boiler - thanks

Hi Tricia,

It could be sludge build up. If your pump has speed settings on it, move it up 1 setting. Either way you should get a recomended plumber in.
