Radiator Output

I understand how to calculate the number of BTU's required to heat a given area but I am unsure how to work out the output of a given radiator to see if it is adequate for the room. If I had, for example, a radiator 800 x 800 how do I calculate its output?

You refer to the manufacturers out put tables, should be available on line.
