radiator skirting??? Is it any good?

by tommytroj » Wed Nov 07, 2007 6:15 pm

Hi guys,

I'm looking for some professional direction. My wife wants to fit 'radiator skirting', into the new extension. The new room area will be 7m x 7m x 2.4mhigh. Also, the total glass (double glazed) area will be roughly 7m2 (this is 2# windows, and a set of french doors).

Will this type of skirting give me the required heating?

If not, what are options to heat an area this size?

Thanks for all and any help.

I've never installed this kind of heating system, but from what I've read it quickly achieves an even temperature distribution with as little as 1°C maximum difference in temperature for environments up to 3 meters high. Use a search engine to look for more info.
