RADIATORS DOWN STAIRS DONT WORK !HELP!

HI HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP ME MY PROBLEM IS MY RADIATORS ARE WORKING UP STAIRS BUT NOT DOWN STAIRS THE PUMP IS OK BUT I HAVE NOTICED THAT THE RETURN PIPE TO BOILER IS COLD . IF YOU TURN OFF ALL UPSTAIR RADS THE ONES DOWN STAIRS DOES WORK APART FROM ONE COULD THE PROBLEM BE A BLOCKAGE IN THE RETURN PIPE? IF IT IS HOW DO YOU UN BLOCK IT THANKS ,JIM

THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY , THERE WAS A NEW PUMP FITTED AT THE START OF THE YEAR.

Hi Jim,

Please turn your caps lock off.

Pump airlocked, take screw out of middle (water) to bleed.

thanks for your reply pump was bled but still same problem when the pump was changed it was from a grundfos selectric 15-50 to a flowson, spec for both are the same ( but flowson cheaper) could this be the problem?hope you can help cheers

If you mean it was bled when it was fitted,then that was a while ago.Try bleeding it again -could be air in it now

EEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAAA SORTED IT WAS A FAULTY PUMP NEW ONE FITTED AND IT NOW WORKING OK ,THANKS FOR YOUR HELP LADS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ,JIM
