I have been building a small new utility room over an existing 235mm internal diameter (250mm external diameter) drainage chamber and need to extend the shaft upwards by about 220mm to the new ground level. I have recovered the existing lid and frame for fitting at the new height. However, I cannot find any drainage product that will fit over the existing shaft. I'd be grateful if anyone has any ideas?
Thank you Stoneyboy. I considered doing that but then found the 'Marley Underground Chamber Riser' for £32.90. I cut it to the right length, then stuck it on by wrapping with Evostick tape and concreting around. I'm hoping it works. Thanks for your advice though.
