we removed chimney breast in 1999. We are now selling and do not know if we should have had planning permision. we have put rsj in so it is properly supported :?:
you should have had a engineers report on structure and building controls involved, you've done right thing by installing rsj, but has a calculation been made to assure it can carry the load above?
