Removing Paint From Black Woodgrain uPVC Door

by daz6929 » Sun Sep 29, 2013 3:30 pm

I recently got a new Black woodgrain uPVC door and whilst painting the house i got masonry paint on the door. It has got into the grain, any ways of getting the paint out without damaging the door?

Hi
I hope the area of paint is not large. If this is a water based paint, it can often be removed with methylated spirit. Failing that, there are solvent cleaners that are used by window installers. Siroflex is the well known brand. Best of luck !
