Removing Shower Rail to Replace Head Holder

Hello,
I've removed the end caps either end and removed the bottom screw but how do I remove the screw at the top?
There's no way to unscrew with a screwdriver, how's it done guys? Apologies if this is easy but I'm at a loss here :(
