Repairing Fibreglass Bath After Ladder Damage

by colindiy » Wed Feb 03, 2016 1:11 pm

Hello, I have been helping my parents decorate. To access the ceiling in their bathroom I placed a ladder in the bathtub with offcuts of carpet beneath the feet. Unfortunately this did not provide sufficient protection as I managed to damage the tub.

Searching in Google I have discovered fiberglass repair kits. Would this be the best solution? I have attached a picture with an Ikea pencil for scale.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Colin

I was looking a solution for similar problem. Very unfortunately I've made a hole in my bathroom tub as well. Therefore I looked at the how to fix guide you've shared and it's simple but yet effective.
