Repairing Scuffed Wallpaper and how to Seal an Edge

I have damaged some Scrubbable paper by a box rubbing against it. A small patch of the top surface, which looks like a thin clear layer of clear plastic.

Does anybody know how to seal the edge of the damaged area leaving the repair unnoticable
