Hello
I need to replace a towel radiator. I have measured the pipe centres of the existing rad which is 560mm, for a 600mm wide rad. All the replacements I see are advertised as having a pipe centre of 550mm. Is this just a standard quote made by all towel rad manufacturers ? Or should I accept it will the centres will be narrower than my 15 year old towel rad ?
If indeed the specs are correct, then is there an adapter I can get to take up the 5mm each side ? I could get the pipe work altered, but would prefer not to, as the pipes come out of the wall and don’t want to risk unsoldering anything inside the wall.

Many thanks in advance.
