Replacing radiator with Towel radiator

Postby debbia » Mon Mar 09, 2009 12:08 pm

I have just bought a towel radiator that was the same size as the exisiting radiator and two straight valves. The new radiator has arrived but it doesn't seem to fit the exisiting pipe work. help

Simply Build It

Will the existing valves fit the towel rail ? will this make connection to the pipes simpler ?

Without more info, can't offer much help.
Where do the valves go in the towel rail ? bottom or side ?
Existing valves will probably be angled, so is it just the 'straight valves' causing the problem ?
