Dear sirs/madam

The switchmaster had 13amp fuse fitted instead of 3amp. The switchmaster sm600 programmer stopped functioning, after replacing new fuse 3amp, all buttons fails to operate pump and boiler.

Bought Horstmann as replacement ( switchmaster not supplied any more).

After wiring as per their instructions, the switch, there is no start to pump or boiler, however the switch display information appears in display.

Is there wrong wiring as per horstmann information.

I need advice as to how to proceed to resolve the problem.

I look forward hearing from you, need pronto answer.

Thanks.

Kind Regards
Sandy

sandys,
Assuming you have wired the controller correctly you need to have a look for a motorised valve and see if this is working ok.
