Retrospective Planning Permission for 3.02 m² Extension

Post by johnnyalexwales » Fri Feb 23, 2018 2:08 pm

Hey all. Ill keep this brief. I bought a house in 2015, that had an extension that the solicitors couldn't find final building control sign-off for. It was in the 23rd hour and it was a lovely house otherwise, so pressed on.

We now want to get retrospective permission so we can sell up and move towards Leeds as London is not a place to raise children.

The foundations are as deep as the main house, and the finish is excellent, with no leaks or faults in the 3 years we have been here.

I do not know when it was built and there is no paperwork for me to consult.

Looking for direction to solve this paperwork issue asap!

Thanks all!
