I have two quotes from roofers to replace my double garage roof (attached).
One is for EPDM and the other for flexi-GRP.
The flexi-GRP roofer has 396 reviews on checkatrade spanning 7 years and a good website. However they seem to operate as a sole trader rather than limited company.
The EPDM quote roofer has a limited company but has 49 reviews spanning 4 years. No website.
Below I have a few questions but they mainly are around who I should choose. Both companies are local to me and I liked both the guys who came.
1) Who would you choose?
2) Is EPDM or the flexi-GRP a better product?
3) I heard that the GRP is more expensive but the quote is about £400 cheaper than the EPDM quote.
4) Should I have any further considerations? I have whittled it down to these two quotes so far.
