need to fit a robus energy saving light,have three sets of wires,RED,BLACK,YELLOW+GREEN/RED,BLACK,YELLOW+GREEN/RED,BLUE,YELLOW,YELLOW=GREEN.The first set red is live,second set not live,third set from wall fan.Was told to put the 3 reds together ,2 blacks+ 1blue together and 3 yellow + greens together the single yellow to be taped up but not connected, the problem is the light works until it is switched off then it trips the fuse.

Is the red/blue/yellow & earth(yellow&green) cable coming from your switch?
All reds together in seperate plastic terminal block do not connect these to the live terminal on the fitting
and then remove blue from black and connect it (blue) to Live on fitting instead.
