I've got whats known as a cornish house, these are ex council.

Now a few lumps of the mortar fell out from underneath the tiles that join the 2 sides together. I've asked a local roofer to do some 'pointing/repointing?' along the 2 sets of tiles that join the 3 sides.
Now how much is that likely to cost me? Will remortaring be sufficient, the rest of the roof seems ok through binoculars.
