i've just had a new bathroom fitted and i want to paint the walls. There was lining paper up previously that i've removed, but now underneath i've been left with patches of paint and patches of visible plaster.
I was wondering whats best to do so that i can get a smooth finish as i'm clearly not going to be able to paint directly onto the walls just yet.
Hi colette5865 Fill around the bare patches and sand flat to disguise the paint edges. Apply a mist coat to the bare areas and then paint. Do not use lining paper in a bathroom. Regards S
