Saunier Duval F35E combi boiler

Post by moiphy » Thu Dec 20, 2007 6:58 am

Hi,
I have no heating and hot water. No fault code or fault light is showing on the boiler. I have checked and pressed the overtemp reset button but no joy. When turned on the pump is running but no flame/ignition.

Please help only 5 days to christmas........???????

If the pump runs, the next step is for the fan to run and operate the air pressure switch - which obviously isn't happening. Does the fan run ? if so then the air pressure switch may be at fault or the fan isn't running at max speed.

If you're that worried about it being only 5 days to christmes, get on the phone now and hopefully the Heating Engineer can fix it for you. If you leave it until christmas eve or christmas day - you mightn't get anyone out, and if you do I bet the call out charge wont be cheap.
