Screeding over cork tile adhesive Help, advice, information, answers and tips on all types of flooring from laminate and carpet to timber and vinyl

Having a new floor in kitchen. I have removed all the cork tiles but this has left adhesive still on the concrete. 95% of which is hard but some of it is still tacky. Will this need to be removed prior to floor being screeded?

Probably not necessary to remove residue but do use a self levelling compound which includes latex.

Thanks will do that. As trying to remove all the old adhesive is night on impossible.
