What is the best way of sealing the shower door bottom to the plate? I have applied silicon but it did not seal the gap since it is very small. I was thinking in using some sealing strips (i.e. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Polycell-SSBKW ... WSJ0EH6H38)
I would have said...silicone. What is wrong with applying masking tape to the area to mask off the areas you don't want to get silicone on, then apply a bead to the gap. It doesn't need to go in the gap, just seal it over.
Don't apply too much, then smooth off with a wet finger...

Hi, I used silicone but it did not stick well to the frame, so i decide to try something stronger, I used Evo-Stik 'Sticks Like Sh*t' Sealant Clear and it worked. https://www.screwfix.com/p/evo-stik-sti ... 90ml/87228
