Simply Build It

Water, Drainage and electric shopuld pass over the top of the strip foundaton but still be bellow ground level. The pipes should be sleved when they pass through the underbuild and a suitable size lintel used above. The main gas supply upto the meter should rise externally and in new build the meter is usually at ground level. A feed is then taken from the meter to the boiler. All gas pipes that are enclosed in a duct must be vented.
