I know this topic has been brushed on before but would like some opinion.
I am aiming to fix some shelves to lath and plaster with spring toggle fixings. To my mind this would be the safest way to do it without ripping my wall down to add noggins.
What do you all think?
the shelves in question are only about 2 1/2 foot long, and wouldn't be used for anything very heavy.
