Shower runs cold after about a minute running

by lonelyoutpost » Thu Feb 18, 2021 9:05 am

Hi
A couple of years ago we had a downstairs shower built and a new combi boiler installed about a metre away. It worked fine until about a month ago but now, after about a minute, the temperature changes to barely warm.
I suspected the boiler at first but I can run the hot tap in the shower room indefinitely without a problem.
So I thought the problem might be with the shower itself, but the water initially comes through hot and only starts to become cool after a minute.
If someone can point me in the right direction I'd be very grateful.
Matt

Hi lonelyoutpost
