we recently moved in to a house and i refitted a new shower where the exsiting shower was,but i found that the water is trickling out of the shower head has any one any help they would like to share in order for my shower to work properly

Two points. Firstly if the shower is fed from a combi at mains pressure are you sure the new shower is not a low pressure model?
The other alternative is that a small piece of debris has got trapped in the valve during installation. You will need to dismantle the valve to clean out the offending object. Hopefully it has not damaged the mechanism.
