We've just moved into a property where there's some "interesting" plumbing! One issue relates to a shower with bar thermostatic valve. It appears that the feed pipes are the wrong way around so that the hot water is entering on the left side, rather than the right. The pipes are very well concealed so a quick swap in not on the cards.
I could flip the whole unit over but that would mean the temp numbers would be upside down and the outlet would be up rather than down - I guess this might be the answer UNLESS do any manufactures produce a thermostatic bar with the HW inlet already on the left?
