I’m about to start a build of an outdoor kitchen which has a single sloping roof. I have planned to use double beams 6x2 timbers at the front, high point and back, low point. The slope is only 7 degrees across front to back. I can work out how to birdsmouth the rafters on one of the rafters at front and back but I’m struggling to work out how on earth I work out how to birdsmouth the other two beams. Has anyone any idea I position the cuts without ruining all my rafters?
