Slablayer mix used for concreting?

I have some spare slablayers mix and now need to do a bit concreting I want to use the spare bags I have, how can I, is it poss.

May I ask where are you going to use it? It actually requires no mixing since it is a cement-based material containing specially selected sand and cement.
