Slamming fire door help needed

Hi, I have a fire door closer on my communal stairs front door which is slamming heavily and loudly.

I’ve had a good look and it appears to only have 1 Allen key hole, and whilst I’ve experimented with turning both ways, nothing is helping.

Does anyone have any guidance about how to best fix this?

Suggest you fit a new door closer, pick a fire rated one.
