We have a 1907 build terrace house, new felt and roof 15 years ago, damp proofing done, walls plaster and painted, chimney capped off etc
Over the last few year we have been getting brown spot stains on our ceilings. At first it was the living room ceiling? And now we have it in the upstairs bedroom ceilings and the landing ceiling going down the wall. Lots of visable brown dots (not big at all)
We do suffer with condensation (family of 4, have baths, showers, cook etc) but we use massive de humidifiers usually now
We have found out some front roof felt has perished, but why would these brown dots like a rash be literally on all ceilings?
They are not on the dining room, bathroom or kitchen ceiling.
How can I get rid of them?
