Hi, We have a strong musty smell coming from the back of a Cata Integrated Fridge Freezer. Initially we thought it would be coming from the inside but this has been cleaned numerous times over the last couple of days and the smell is actually coming from the back. As its integrated not sure on how to remove etc, anyone know what the smell could be and how to fix it? any advice welcome. Thanks
If you still have a warranty, try contacting a certified service center. Something may have gotten into the condensate, often it is collected in the pallet exactly from the back. Maybe there’s a dead little animal, like a mouse.
