I'm in the middle of upgrading the loft insulation - horrible dusty job!
I'm wearing a coversuit and a £1 dust mask from Wickes, which work fine. That is, except when I have to put my glasses on - they steam up immediately, so I have to take the dust mask off to do anything I need to see close-up.
Does anyone else have this problem? Is there some kind of dust mask that doesn't cause this?
I do not know if it is still a problem, however I would recommend you to buy a disposable mask with a exhalation valve, this will minimze condensation. I have used one from the company called Refil before, however i do not know where you can buy them - I found them on www.cerva.com, however it seems to be a wholesale company.. Even though you can read more on the product hear, and then i suppose you can google your way thru until you find a proper solution.. http://www.cerva.com/en/catalog/brands/refi . Hope you can use the answer!
I've actually finished that particular dusty job, but I'm sure I've got plenty more in the pipeline. The two-mask solution did help a lot, but I'll definitely look into your recommendation.
