Stainless steel sink

Is it possible to drill a small hole in a stainless steel sink to install these new taps with the spray connector? The existing hole is okay for the main body of the taps but the spray connector requires a smaller hole alongside.

of course it's possible, but will it work ?

If you can measure accurately, mark and drill then why not
