I have recently been getting a funny smell in the house. I live in a middle terrace house, i have a quite new gas cmobi boiler. The smell seems to smell almost of white Deleted, or turps or nail varnish. Its also seems to be mainly upstairs. The smell is really strong, we have to have to windows open all night just to clear it a little. I can't think of anything that would cause this smell. When i 1st noticed it, it seemed to go away for a couple of days but now it has come back again.

Any ideas?

ask the people either side if they can smell it, it sound as though it is quite a strong smell are you sure that it isn't coming from anywhere else?

Did you find out what was causing the smell as we seem to have exactly the same thing? We also had a new boiler last summer.
